Getting Results from Multi-Disciplinary Teams
Facilitated by Martin Clarke

Synopsis of the workshop: Working in Multi-Disciplinary teams can be rewarding, work well for the patient and help build relationships and improve communication at work. On the other hand, an MDT can be frustrating, slow and hard to influence. In our fun, fast paced two hour session, our speaker Martin Clarke will help us uncover how to solve the problems and overcome the challenges that we face in our teams, offering solutions to our direct problems and giving us techniques to overcome obstacles and help enjoy the process
