Registration

Registrations should be made on the official Form and sent to the Conference Secretariat with full payment. (Photocopies of the Form will be accepted).
We will accommodate a maximum of 250 delegates.

Tickets for social events must be pre-ordered on the Form.

The Registration Fee includes participation in the scientific sessions, poster viewing and Exhibition, Conference Programme and Abstract Book, lunch, teas/coffee invitations to the Welcome Reception and VAT where applicable

PLEASE NOTE THAT FULL DETAILS OF ANY BANK/CREDIT TRANSFER MUST BE SENT WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM TO ENSURE CORRECT ALLOCATION OF YOUR FUNDS. FAILURE TO DO THIS MAY SLOW DOWN THE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION.

CHARGE OF 4% TO BE INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PAYMENT.

Confirmation

Only registrations received with full payment will be registered for the Conference. Complimentary social programme tickets will only be issued if pre-ordered on the Registration Form. Blank responses will not be allocated tickets.

Cancellation

All cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellations received before 15th July 2003: full refund minus 25% administration charge: Cancellation after 15th July 2003: no refund. All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Conference.

Accommodation

 

Hotels - The Organisers have also made block bookings with local hotels Photo of the bathsconveniently located to the Assembly Rooms. All requests for accommodation must be received with appropriate payment using the Registration Form. All rates quoted are inclusive of breakfast, VAT and all service charges and are based on a per night rate. All rooms have en-suite facilities, telephone and other facilities expected of the star rating allocated. Accommodation bookings are subject to availability.

The Organisers have taken care to arrange the very best of Bath’s accommodation for delegates and arranged special group discount prices across a range of bands.

Payment equivalent to one night’s deposit.

The accommodation account (less the deposit paid) along with any room extras is payable by you directly to your hotel on departure. A receipt for all accommodation costs will be available from your hotel.

Star Ratings are given as a guide only and are allocated to the hotels by the Bath Tourist Board. Neither the Conference Secretariat nor the Conference Organisers can accept responsibility for the failure of any hotel to provide the facilities listed here. All prices are subject to confirmation.

Please note: all guarantees — either cash deposits or credit card numbers must be received 28 days prior to the Conference. If neither a credit card number nor a deposit is received by this date then your accommodation will be released. Accommodation cannot be guaranteed after August 18th 2003 and where allocations are filled, the Organisers will make an equivalent substitution.

Cancellations:

All accommodation alterations and cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Any cancellations after August 18th 2003 will incur a loss of deposit.

Late Bookings:

The Organisers have endeavoured to obtain the very best rates possible. However, it may be possible to obtain cheaper rates if bookings are made shortly before the Conference, either via agencies on the Internet or direct to a hotel. Requests for rates for late bookings should be directed to the hotel of your choice and will be subject to availability.
