If your abstract has already been accepted:
Oral Presentation
The duration of your presentation should be strictly
limited to 10 minutes with a further 5 minutes
for discussion. Please note that we have asked
the chairmen to keep speakers strictly to time
allocation.
You will have been sent an AV Requirement Form. Please return it to
the Conference Secretariat by
Friday 5th September 2003. Failure to do this may
result in the facilities that you require not being
available. If you have not received this form, please
contact the Conference Secretariat.
Presentation Preview
Please have your presentation ready 30 minutes before
the session commences to allow for
preparation. A Preview Room will be available.
Poster Presentation
Poster Format Details
Posters should be no larger
than 100cm tall and 150cm wide. Lettering should
be easily readable
from a distance of 2.00m.
Please provide your own ‘velcro’ for fixing your poster
to the poster boards.
Poster Times
Posters should be in place by 10.25 pm Tuesday 16th
September 2003 and removed at the end of
the Scientific Programme on Thursday 18th September
June 2003.
Abstract Submission
The Organising Committee invites the submission of
abstracts to be considered for
oral and poster presentations. Those
who wish to contribute a paper to the
Conference should:

the submission instructions first.

a Word attachment to:

It is essential that all data requested on the Abstract Form
e.g. preferred format etc,
is provided in order for the abstract to be processed.
A Registration Form and fee should also be sent on abstract
submission.

Submit using the paper Abstract Form. Send
the original with 3 copies and a
completed Registration Form and Registration Fee.
If you are using an Abstract Form, abstracts must be typed
in black ink using Times
New Roman font size 12. Do not type outside the blue
box. Abstracts will be
reproduced in the Programme Book directly from the Form.
All abstracts should be mailed with 3 copies to:

All abstracts should give clear objectives
for the work, methods used and results,
with succinct conclusion. Authors should indicate how
they wish the abstract to
be presented.
