REGISTRATION

Registration can either be made by completing the Registration Form and returning it to the Conference Secretariat with payment, or via the On-line Registration system.

The Registration Fee includes participation in all sessions, Poster viewing and Exhibition, Conference Programme and Abstract Book and lunches, teas and coffees for the 2 days of the Meeting.

All invoices must be settled within 14 days of issue. Discounted Rates are only available if payment is received within 14 days of the Early Deadline after which the Late rate will apply.

Full on-line Registration will be available here and this method allows for the printing of invoices for payment by NHS Trusts. HOWEVER please note that all payments MUST be made prior to the Conference.
