Registration
Registrations must be made on the official Registration Form and sent to the Conference Secretariat with FULL payment. (Photocopies of the Form will be accepted). The Registration Form can be downloaded here.
The Registration Fee includes participation in all sessions, poster viewing and Exhibition, Conference Programme and Abstract Book and "IPHOUM 2006 Highlights" DVD and lunches, teas and coffees for the 2 days of the Meeting.

Only Registrations received with full payment will be registered for the
Conference. All Registration Fees must be paid in advance of the

CALL FOR POSTER ABSTRACTS
For the first time in this Conference series, we are calling for Poster Abstracts. We are particularly keen to hear from participants of all professional groups who are still in training. We are also interested in any submission of material to present as a poster which would be of interest to the other Conference participants.
Posters will be viewed during all break times and there will be a specific Poster Session on 19th May when the authors of the best 3 posters will be invited to make a short oral presentation on their posters. Prizes for the best 3 posters will be given.
Please note that all presenters must register as full Conference delegates.
Submission guidelines:
- abstracts must be submitted in English
- abstracts should not exceed 300 words
- abstracts must be typed (not handwritten)
- abstracts should be structured according to the following
format: Title, Abstract, References - a maximum of 5 key references should be given
- faxed abstracts will not be accepted

Poster Abstract Submission Deadline:

Instructions for the format and size of posters will be given in the result correspondence which authors will receive by 15th April 2006.
Accreditation
Continuing Professional Development (UK only)
CPD accreditation has been awarded for via the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. A total of 14 credits is available via this Meeting. Certificates of Attendance will be available at the Conference.
European Accreditation
Accreditation has also been applied for via the Accreditation Council of Oncology in Europe (ACOE). ACOE is the body of educational experts nominated by the Federation of European Cancer Societies (FECS). For 2004, ACOE awarded the Update Meeting 13 credits. The outcome of the application in respect of the 2006 Meeting will be confirmed here as soon as it is available.
IPHOUM 2006 Highlights DVD
As a special celebratory feature of the 2006 Update Meeting, each full Conference participant will receive a copy of the IPHOUM 2006 Highlights DVD, the cost of which is included in the Registration Fee. The Conference will be video recorded and then the highlights edited down and included in the DVD. Abstracts from invited speakers will also be included where possible, as well as the abstracts of accepted posters.
Via the production of this DVD, the Organising Committee is keen that participants have a reference tool of material from this Conference, to assist them in taking useful information and knowledge back to their workplaces.
