UPDATE MEETING

Edinburgh

This city has just about everything you could possibly require to satisfy your needs. Edinburgh is ideally located to enjoy the beautiful mountainous countryside which is also steeped in history. The city itself is always full of life and boasts excellent restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. This really is a place where you can never get bored!

Scotland has over 5,000 years of history and a lot is still captured within the city of Edinburgh. This city has splendid architecture and blends well with its growing spirited culture, as this is a city that reflects on its past but is always looking forward to the future.

Whether this is your first time to this city or you are a seasoned visitor this city has so much to offer. It can be very easily reached with its own airport just 8 miles away from the city centre. Rail links are very good - travelling from London would take just under five hours or alternatively driving in the city is very straightforward.

Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh

As in previous years the Committee has again decided to hold the Conference at this prestigious venue. Conveniently located in the centre of Edinburgh, the College is within walking distance for most places.

The College has modern conference facilities, maintained in a stunning 19th Century building that compliments well with its surrounding buildings.

We hope that you will enjoy the Conference surrounded by this unique setting.
