A Board composed of the International Scientific Committee Members will inspect the Posters. The authors of the Posters will be expected to be present at the poster site during these inspections and to answer questions relating to the Posters for a short period of time (2-3 minutes). During this time, any other Congress delegates present at that time may also ask questions. If the author of the Poster is not present during this session, the Poster will not be eligible for discussion or for the prize. |
