Target Audience
The Conference's aim is to create a focus, to capture the imagination of
and offer benefit to those
who can contribute to developing the UK Business Tourism market. Those
targeted contributors
range from the marketers whose role is to sell the Regions making up the
UK, to those who provide
a service and so influence the reputation of the UK as a Business Tourism
venue.
The conference will lead to an efficient and focused network to communicate to all those with organisations small and large, offering clear direction and motivation.
The launch Conference was held at the Hilton London Metropole attracting
150 delegates representing over 50 destinations
35% venues
45% destinations
20% PR, PCO and other agencies.
The second Conference will attract at least 200 delegates for an in depth programme. We hope with the wide range of publicity opportunities to be taken that over 250 will attend.
However, associated with any conference are the activities that occur around the event itself.
VisitBritain and Business Tourism Partnership wish to use the conference to contribute to the promotion of Business Tourism activity in the UK.
A targeted PR campaign will be managed by the ICMS.

Interactive Rhythm Events
We design and deliver unique, fun, high energy, interactive rhythm events
to empower and unite groups of people. Whether it’s a ‘serious
session’ developing a team’s performance, or a fun entertaining
cabaret, DrumZone creates a stunning original event with far reaching positive

and Conference Energizers through to stomping Drum and Dance Shows. We
have an excellent reputation for seamless professional delivery and fantastic
original interactive performances. For example our show ‘Banging
The Drum’, designed in collaboration with Ovation Productions for
Yorkshire Building Society, won the IVCA Gold Award for best Live Event
of 2003.
