The Registration Fee includes: access to all scientific sessions, refreshments and invitation to the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner (Full delegates only), Programme and Abstract Book, Certificate of Attendance and VAT.

All invoices must be settled within 14 days of issue. Discounted Rates
are only available if payment is received
within 14 days of the Early deadline (after which the Standard rate will
apply).
Full on-line Registration will be available here shortly
and this method allows for the printing of
invoices for payment by NHS Trusts. HOWEVER please note that all payments
MUST be made prior to the
Conference.
If you Register on-line and pay by credit card, please ensure that
you print your Receipt off once your
Registration has been accepted by the system.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations should be made IN WRITING to the Conference Secretariat.
- Cancellations received before 15th March 2009: full refund minus 25% administration charge.
- Cancellation after 15th March 2009: no refund.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Conference.
Joining Instructions
A final briefing will be sent by E-Mail to all participants approximately one week before the Conference. The Final Programme and Abstract Book will be handed to participants on arrival at the Conference and will not be sent out in advance.
