REGISTRATION

Registration

Registrations must be made on the official Registration Form and sent to the Conference Secretariat with full payment. (Photocopies of the Form will be accepted).

PLEASE REMEMBER TO INDICATE WHETHER OR NOT YOU WILL BE ATTENDING THE SOCIAL EVENTS.

The Registration Fee includes participation in scientific sessions, poster viewing and Exhibition, Conference Programme and Abstract Book, lunches, teas/coffees, a complimentary ticket to the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner and VAT where applicable.

This year, rates vary according to whether or not you are a Member of UKCS. PLEASE TAKE CARE TO NOTE THIS.

PAYMENT METHODS

Note: If you are registering within 14 days of the Conference, note that only payment by cheque or credit card is possible at this stage.

Payment must be made in full, in pounds sterling by:

(i) cheque drawn on a UK bank payable to ICS UK Conference

(ii) bank/credit transfer free of any bank charge to payee to: Cater Allen Private Bank, 9 Nelson Street, Bradford, BD1 5AN; Sort code: 16-57-10; Account name: Index Communications Meeting Services ICS UK Conference; Account Number: 42221262; Please give the delegate's surname as the reference, to aid allocation of funds on their arrival.

If you wish to transfer funds from an overseas bank, please contact the Conference Secretariat for the information that you require.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL THAT FULL DETAILS OF ANY BANK TRANSFER ARE PROVIDED WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM. IT IS ONLY POSSIBLE TO ALLOCATE RECEIVED FUNDS CORRECTLY WITH THIS DOCUMENTATION SO IS IN THE INTERESTS OF ALL USING THIS METHOD. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DELEGATE’S SURNAME IN THE REFERENCE LINE OF ANY TRANSFER TO AID ITS IDENTIFICATION.

FUNDS SHOULD BE TRANSFERRED AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE TO ENSURE CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION.

(iii) card: by using one of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard or Switch

TO COVER CARD COMPANY PROCESSING CHARGES, PAYMENT BY CARD OF THE CONFERENCE AND SOCIAL FEES WILL INCUR AN ADMINISTRATION CHARGE OF 4% TO BE INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PAYMENT.

WHERE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS PROVIDED AS A GUARANTEE FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION, NO DEDUCTION IS MADE BY THE CONFERENCE SECRETARIAT: THE CARD NUMBER IF GIVEN TO THE HOTEL AND WILL BE CHARGED BY THEM ACCORDINGLY, ON ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE.

CONFIRMATION

Only Registrations received with full payment will be registered for the Conference.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations should be made IN WRITING to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before 30th January 2007: full refund minus 25% administration charge: Cancellation after 31st January 2007 no refund. All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Conference.
