Professionals Allied to Medicine (PAM)
The ISF would like to encourage nurses, pharmacists and scientists (post doctorate and postgraduate delegates) to submit abstracts and participate in this conference. Therefore significant discounts are being made available as well as the opportunity to apply for Travel Bursaries and Young Investigator Awards.

Registration types
Please select the route to Registration depending on whether you have a VAT number from an EU Member state or no VAT number from an EU Member state and whether you are a qualified clinical doctor, or a professional allied to medicine (for example a nurse, physiotherapist, and scientist)

Confirmation
Registrations are only confirmed when full payment has been received and properly identified. It remains the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that funds are received by the Conference Secretariat.

Or - International electronic transfer – full details are available on-line. All transfer must be received prior to the start of the Conference and no later than 14 days before the start of the Symposium.(LINK)
Whichever method of Registration you choose, please remember to indicate whether or not you will be attending the social events.
Insurance
Neither the Organising Committee, the Conference venue, not the Organisers can accept responsibility for any loss or injury relating to participants. All participants are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance policy for their trip including to cover the possibility of cancellation of Registration. A Cancellation Policy is in place as regards Registration.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before 31st July 2010: full refund minus 25% administration charge: Cancellation after 1st August 2010 no refund. All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Conference.
