Registration
The Registration Fee for SWOGS 2011 is £55 and this includes: the day’s programme sessions, refreshments, Programme and Abstract Book and Certificate of Attendance. No VAT is applicable to this event.
Tickets for the Dinner on the evening of Friday 7th October are not included in the Registration Fee and must be purchased separately. See below.

- Registration for this event is on-line only
- Our on-line system allows for payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
- ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE MEETING
- If you require an invoice for your payment, please register yourself via the on-line system and select “invoice” on the Payment page. Then print off your own invoice and refer it on appropriately for urgent payment. PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENT BECOMES DUE IMMEDIATELY ON SUBMISSION OF A BOOKING.
- Bookings cannot be made by telephone.
A Cancellation Policy is in place:
- Cancellations should be made in writing to the Secretariat. E-Mail is acceptable.
- Cancellations received up to and including 1st September 2011: full refund minus 25% administration charge.
- Cancellation received from 2nd September 2011: no refund.
- All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Meeting.
Dinner on 7th October 2011
On the evening of 7th October, after the SWOGS 2011 AGM, a dinner will be held at Frogmill Manor. This will be an evening of cosy Cotswold hospitality and flavours. All are welcome.
Tickets are priced at £55 and should be booked at the time of registering.
We regret that we are unable to refund Dinner tickets cancelled after 15th September 2011.
Accommodation
Our venue provides us with convenient and cosy accommodation. A limited number of rooms is available and early booking is STRONGLY recommended. We are holding rooms for the night before and the night of the SWOGS 2011 event.
Please book your accommodation at Frogmill Manor alongside your Registration. Do not try to book direct with the hotel. You will not receive the special discounted rate that we have negotiated and they will ask you to book via the Organisers.
FOR ALL ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS A CREDIT CARD MUST BE PROVIDED. THE CARD DETAILS WILL BE FORWARDED ON TO THE HOTEL. NO DEDUCTION WILL BE MADE BY THE CONFERENCE SECRETARIAT FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION. ACCOMMODATION CANNOT BE INVOICED FOR.
Cancellations: all accommodation alterations or cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat. Any cancellations are subject to the hotel re-selling the room(s).
Joining Instructions
Joining Instructions will be issued by E-mail around 10 days before the Course.
Insurance
Neither SWOGS, the Hosts, the Organisers nor the Venue can accept responsibility for any loss or injury relating to participants. All participants are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance policy to cover the unfortunate possibility of cancellation of registration. A Cancellation Policy is in place as regards registration (see above).
Exhibition
An exhibition will run alongside the SWOGS 2011 Meeting to profile products and services to participants. Any company interested in exhibiting should contact the Secretariat. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. This event proves popular with companies, so early booking is recommended.
