On-line Registration for this Conference is now closed.  You may still register by fax or post (by downloading a copy of the Registration Form from here) or you may register on-site in Cambridge.

 

Full Registration includes participation in all Conference sessions, poster viewing, access to the Exhibition, Conference Programme and Abstract Book, lunches, teas and coffees on both days of the Conference and VAT where applicable.

Gala Dinner tickets must be purchased separately.

Note that if you are registering within 14 days of the Conference, only payment by cheque or credit card is possible at this stage and accommodation bookings cannot be guaranteed.

Registration Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
  • Cancellations received before 1st October 2007: full refund minus 25% administration charge.
  • Cancellations received after 1st October 2007: no refund.
  • All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Conference.

Old Hall, Queen's CollegeWe are thrilled to have been able to book one of the most beautiful halls in Cambridge for our Gala Dinner.

The Old Hall of Queens’ College has been used by Fellows and students for over 500 years. The interior of the Old Hall is captivatingly beautiful, decorated in bright colours and rich golds. Dining in the Old Hall is a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

After a Drinks Reception, a three course Dinner will be served. Some wines with Dinner are also included in the ticket price.
