For eleven years, the annual FIS Conference has provided an important forum for topical debate, networking and presentation within the fields of clinical microbiology, Infections Disease and Infection Control. The FIS series has been consistently supported by the Trade and now, in its 11th year and following the success of the move to Cardiff last year, it is returning to Cardiff City Hall.
A programme has been developed by the representatives of all Member Societies and will be the basis of the meeting, whilst two social events, including the Gala Dinner will incorporate the celebration of the success of the series. Most of the publicity is through the contributing Member Societies.
With over 320 delegates attending the last Conference, over 130 abstracts being submitted each year, all companies are invited to review this document to find appropriate marketing opportunities to support FIS 2004 for mutual benefit. This promises to be another very topical meeting for these specialities and another successful event for this series.
Exhibiting should be fun, proactive and commercially beneficial.
