The growth of ICMS has been through repeat business and referrals from existing clients to their
colleagues. This underlines our policy of building a good working relationship with clients and
providing excellent support to conferences.

Access to our support companies
Today Index Communications Meeting Services, offers a stable network of independent service
providers predominantly owner managed with high levels of motivation offering a wide range of
opportunities to pick resources that match the needs of the project. Most of our suppliers and
agencies have worked with us on a long term basis due to quality and professionalism they bring
to the events.
The principal used for the Index ‘service provision model’ is that we do not restrict ourselves to in-
house executives when we can select the best solution at the time when the solution is needed.
This means the Index team can concentrate on the development and administration of a project
while relying on an out-sourced team without needing to increase internal head counts with
associated costs.
